Uses:
Treatment of male sexual dysfunction (ED). Tadalafil is used to treat ED ( impotence or erectile dysfunction) in men aged 18 and over. It works by relaxing the blood vessels and increasing the blood flow to the penis. This helps to achieve and maintain an erection. It does not protect you from sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). It is also used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).

Warning:Do not use this medication if you have a history of heart problems, stroke, irregular heartbeats, low blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, history of stroke or heart attack, glaucoma, personal or family history of an eye condition, family history of eye problems, blood clotting, migraine, back pain, chest pain, back or stomach pain, or bleeding from the stomach or intestines. Do not take more than the recommended dose or you may get serious side effects. Inform your doctor if you have any other medical conditions, especially if any of the side effects worsen over time. This medication should not be used in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
To take this medicineDose:Take this medicine orally with or without food. The dosage will depend on what you are taking it for and how long you are taking it. The usual dose is once per day with or without food. Swallow it as a whole. Do not crush or chew the medication. This medicine is not an HIV Medication and does not interact with other medicines you may be taking them for. Do not take this medicine in conjunction with other medicines called nitrates (often prescribed for chest pain).
To get rid of EDDirections:The usual dosage is one tablet (20 mg) every 4 to 6 hours until you reach the maximum possible dose. Take this medicine exactly as your doctor has prescribed you. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not take a tablet along with any of the following:
Take this medicine by mouth as directed by your doctor, usually 1 - 3 times daily. Your dose and length of treatment will depend on the severity and frequency of your condition. Some may require a longer treatment period. Your doctor will discuss with you the best treatment plan for you. Take this medicine until your doctor tells you to stop. Stopping the medicine too soon may cause serious side effects (e.g. dizziness, light-headedness, light-headedness, fainting, etc). Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly and I can assure you that it will not cause any problems. If you are remembering to stop taking this medicine, keep taking it for as long as your doctor tells you. Stopping this medicine too early may cause serious side effects. In rare cases, it can cause vision loss. You may also have a severe allergic reaction.
Take this medicine with a full glass of water. If you are taking it with a low-fat meal, the medication may not work. It may also not work in conjunction with alcohol. Alcohol can delay the effects of this medicine. If you have a hard time swallowing a dose, take it with a glass of water. Taking a tablet with a glass of water may delay its effect.
